Add a role to the leveled roles list.
<prefix> leveledroles [remove] <role id> <level>
<prefix> leveledroles 625283187786121238 10 -> will add the given role to the level 10.
<prefix> leveledroles remove 625283187786121238 10 -> will remove the moderator role from the level 10
ADMINISTRATOR or admin role
If you use <prefix> leveledroles (without args), the bot will send the leveled roles list.
