Set the voice logs channel
<prefix> voice-logs [disable] [channel]
<prefix> voice-logs -> Will change the voice logs channel to channel which the command has been used.
<prefix> voice-logs #voice -> Will change the voice logs channel to the channel #voice.
<prefix> voice-logs disable -> Will disable the voice logs channel.

In the voice logs channel will be logging everytime an user connects, leaves or joins to another vc.
