Ban an user permanently

Usage

<prefix> ban <user> [reason]

Examples

<prefix> ban @user too many warns -> will ban the user with the 'too many warns' reason. The user will receive a DM with the info about the ban.

<prefix> ban 155149108183695360 -> Will ban the user with no reason.

Necessary permissions

BAN_MEMBERS or moderator role
